Neighborhood Yard Sale

Saturday March 7, 2026 from 8 am – 2pm

The Neighborhood Yard Sale is back! Each year this event grows in popularity, and we’re excited to make 2026 the best one yet. With a loyal following—and neighboring communities eager to shop OSE and Tropical Shores —this promises to be a fun, high-traffic day.

How it works

Yard Sale Map of all participating locations will be available via email for print and display at every sale location. Event will be promoted through multiple publications and directional signage placement.

Thursday evening: signage on 4th Street announcing the event

Friday evening: additional signs on 22nd Avenue, 3rd Street, and Bay Street guiding shoppers to participating yard sales

We recommend that you add your signage to direct shoppers to your specific location.

Map listing benefit (OSNA members vs. non-members)

OSNA Members: FREE map listing (a benefit of membership)

Non-OSNA Participants: donate $5 to be included on the map (helps cover advertising costs)

If you want your yard sale to stand out, we have 20 feather flags available. We’ll set up the flag at your site and retrieve it after the event. Feather Flag Donation are $20 for OSNA Members and $25 for Non-OSNA Participants.

Membership matters as OSNA membership directly supports the cost of hosting this event and helps us continue bringing exciting neighborhood opportunities to Old Southeast!
