Welcome to the Old Southeast Neighborhood Association (OSNA)
The Old Southeast Neighborhood Association is a volunteer‑driven nonprofit dedicated to strengthening community life in St. Petersburg, Florida. We work to connect neighbors, foster neighborhood pride, and serve as a vital link between Old Southeast residents and city leadership.
As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, OSNA can receive tax‑deductible donations and pursue grant funding that supports projects, improvements, and initiatives benefiting our neighborhood.
Here’s what you can accomplish when you join OSNA.
A Place for Everyone
The Old Southeast Neighborhood Association (OSNA) is committed to being an inclusive, welcoming organization that reflects the diversity and spirit of our neighborhood. Residents and property owners of all backgrounds are encouraged to join, participate, and share their ideas. The more voices we hear, the better we can represent the true interests of Old Southeast.
OSNA’s mission is to:
- Unite residents in efforts that strengthen and improve the neighborhood
- Promote communication and cooperation among neighbors and nearby associations
- Represent the neighborhood in city matters and public discussions
- Provide a forum to address issues raised by residents and property owners
Community feedback shapes our events, decisions, and long‑term plans. If you live in or own property in Old Southeast, we invite you to become a member and help keep our neighborhood connected, creative, and strong.
