Community Meetings

Held at quarterly, with the date and time determined at the discretion of the Board of Directors, OSE Community meetings are open to active and associate members and residents of Old Southeast. Membership Meeting

Membership Meetings inform members about the Board’s actions and gather input on key issues. They are open to all active members and held at the Board’s discretion, except for the required Annual Membership Meeting each November. Each active member has one vote, and a majority vote with quorum provides direction to the Board. These meetings also give members a direct forum to engage with the Board and influence its work.

Plant Swap and Raffle

he annual OSE plant swap is a real neighborhood favorite event – a chance for OSE community to reconnect, support one another, and celebrate our shared love of plants. Each year The Chattaway restaurant generously allows us to use their parking lot AND provides a free continental breakfast for OSE residents! Bring plants, cuttings, garden tools, pots, garden-related items, books, and take away something new for your yard. Great for novice and advanced gardeners alike.
