OSNA Board of Directors

The Old Southeast Neighborhood Association (OSNA) is one of more than 100 recognized neighborhood associations in St. Petersburg, FL and serves as the voice of residents on local issues, development, safety, and community-building. It was officially established as a nonprofit organization on July 20, 1994. While the Old Southeast neighborhood itself has a much longer and colorful history, this date marks the beginning of OSNA as a formal, organized voice for the community.

OSNA is governed by a Board of Directors composed of no fewer than seven and no more than thirteen active members of the Association. This Board serves as the Association’s internal policy‑making body. Directors are elected each year during the Annual Membership Meeting in November to fill any open positions for the upcoming term.

The Officers of OSNA include a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. These officers are chosen annually from among the members of the newly elected Board of Directors at a meeting held immediately after the Annual Membership Meeting. Each officer serves a one‑year term.
