The Old Southeast Neighborhood Holiday Party is one annual event you do not want to miss. Traditionally held on the second Saturday of December, hundreds of neighbors mix and mingle at this holiday hootenanny featuring a potluck dinner, a deejay and dancing, a raffle, and an appearance by the man in red himself - Kris Kringle.

COVID 19 Update: Because the pandemic has temporarily changed how we are able to safely gather, our traditional Holiday Party will not be held in 2021.  As we did in 2020, a Holiday Golf Cart Parade will be held in lieu of an indoor event. So, hang a shining star upon the highest bough and stay tuned for upcoming details about our 2021 Holiday Golf Cart Parade.
